We offer returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
β’ The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product
β’ The product must be unused and in original packaging
β’ Clear photo or video proof of damage or defect may be required
Return requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Include your order number and photos/videos of the issue for faster approval.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
π¦ Return Address
Approved returns will be sent to our fulfillment partnerβs warehouse address, which will be shared after return approval.
β Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

β’ Used products
β’ Sale or discounted items
β’ Gift cards
β’ Customized or personalized products
π Replacements
If your return is approved, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on product availability.
π³ Refunds
Once the return request is approved and verified:
β’ Refunds or replacements will be processed within 5β10 business days
For prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after the customer provides payment details.
π¨ Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and report any damaged, defective, or wrong items within 48 hours at returns@zbharatshop.com.
